Road Closures Dobcross and Diggle 7th August

Sugar Lane Dobcross/ Huddersfield Road, Diggle

It will be at its junction with Wool Road and that part of Huddersfield Road, Diggle at its junction with Wool Road.

The restrictions are required to allow for carriageway resurfacing and will be in force for a period of 5 days from from 7th August or until the works are completed, whichever is the lesser period.  It is expected that the restrictions will be in force between the hours of 6 – 10 pm only.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the restriction affecting Sugar Lane, Dobcross is Sugar Lane, The Square, Woods Lane, Dobcross New Road and Wool Road and and vice versa.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the restriction affecting  Huddersfield Road, Diggle is Huddersfield Road, A62 Huddersfield Road, A670 Standedge Road and vice versa.

 Sam Road/Station Road, Diggle

It will be closed for 5 days from 7 August.  It is anticipated that the Sugar Sam Road/Station Road prohibitions will be in force between 8.30 am  – 4.30 pm

It is for its whole length and Station Road, Diggle for its whole length.

The restrictions are required to allow for carriageway resurfacing and will be in force for a period of 5 days from the date of this notice or until the works are completed, whichever is the lesser period.  It is expected that the restrictions will be in force between the hours of 8.30 am – 4.30 pm only and the closures will be undertaken in sections to maintain residential access.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the restrictions are Huddersfield Road, Ward Lane, Lee Side and vice versa.
