Support or objections to the proposals should be sent to env.traffic@oldham.gov.uk or the Environment Group Solicitor to the Council, Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UL in writing, stating the title of the Order to which they relate and the grounds for making them by 25th August 2023.
- 20 mph speed limits on Huddersfield Road, Delph Road and adjacent residential roads.
- Traffic calming cushions to support 20mph speed limit on Huddersfield Road and Delph Road.
- Revised length of speed limits on the approaches to the new 20mph speed limits.
- Length of one way carriageway on Range Lane (West to East) from Delph Road to number 7 Range Lane. This was originally removed from the proposals but has been included on road safety grounds
